Background:
USB JTAG is Windows based EJTAG tool for all MIPS core CPU.
It has the speed of professional EJTAG but at a very low cost.
For now, the EJTAG can access target ram and program flash. In the future, an integration of debugger is possible.
Compare to USB BDM, the EJTAG read/write ram is slower. But program the flash is faster since it is possible to use parallel programming on MIPS core.
Mar 18, 2007. USB JTAG now support ST20 DCU. JTAG to read and program ST20 core.
Sep 20,2007. USB JTAG now support EJTAG 64 (noDMA). Also support Vista 32 bit OS.
Aug 10,2008. Now support all Windows OS include 64 bit Vista.
Some speed data on typical target(The speed could vary due to the state of the CPU)
