Bosch MEDC17 0261S09698 JTAG support

I have a completely dead via the usual method ecu as above type. My friend had placed the jump leads round the wrong way. And the ecu has become xcomunicardo

I am hoping the data in the main chip the tc1767-256 is still intact and I could clone onto another one.
The only issue is I don't have a pinout for the ecu for the BDM pins at the back of the ecu I have photos of the ecu , I'll have to upload them when I remember how too on here.
