DCT 6412

Motorola produced DCT 6412 is HD CATV STB.
The CPU of the board uses Broadcom BCM7038. The tool to debug the CPU is EJTAG64(NonDMA).

The board does not have through holes to solder JTAG connector.You ned to bend normal header to solder on

DCT6412 uses 14 pin EJTAG. It has reset pin. The "reset" command will NOT work on DCT6412
Sometime you need to remove the CATV cable to program reliably
There is a watch log in it so when you need to do a length job like backup complete firmware you need to do it in blocks.
