USB JTAG NT 0.44 uploaded.

The main feature is the screen auto adjust for netbook. More and more people starts to use this cheap yet powerful to use for JTAG. The older software does not look good on
1024x800 display. 0.44 make the adjustment on smaller display. Hope this fix all the problem.
Some other minor changes include the enter key on the small keyboard was not working.
