Pin9 ? TCK
Pin11 ? RESET
Pin13 ? DEBUG (Not used)
now to find it on any other equipent i tested and open many other equipment and all jtag accesable devices have a little chip maibe resistor TAGED [102]

so far they are all wired in same way but i cant tell pin 1 from pin 3 and so on
