Your SB6120.XML can only get you back 8M flash. You need to modify it so that you can read 16M back.

so I did a fullflash using the xml file DPC3000 and still gave error ff ff ff

Hi FoxHazard, did you get any further with this?

I have an EPC3925 and would like to dump the firmware to perform some penetration testing. I'm not interested in uploading modified. Only want to read the current firmware.

As I'm very new to this, I need to be really careful to not damage the router.
