What have you done? Are you providing external Power and @ what voltage?

I have tried Mind Reading but not very good @ it..............

The external power voltage is 3.3V.

OK then try 5V and also double check your connections. If your Using a Clip then your SOL as they SUCK BIG TIME. Its much better to solder the wires if you can polish your soldering skills.
