Looks like the receiver is only available in Brazil. Never heard of this CPU.
Is it ST20 core or ST40 core?

In this very thread I wrote a lot about this processor. You wrote me that this processor -STi 5189- is in fact ST40 core processor. Last time you told me that the software (or the interface) is not supporting SPI flashes.

Without the target it is not possible to add support.
ST40 core is somewhat supported. To support SPI or NAND flash, development environment is needed.
