0x00C2,0x22C4,MX29LV161T ,0x200000,0,31,0x10000,1,0x8000,2,0x2000,1,0x4000
This line already in the flash.def Add this line.

0x00C2,0x2249,MX29LV160B ,0x200000,0,1,0x4000,2,0x2000,1,0x8000,31,0x10000

This should work in your case.

I believe that this flash:

0x00C2,0x2249,MX29LV160B, 0x200000, 0, 1, 0x4000, 2, 0x2000, 1, 0x8000, 31, 0x10000

come defined in flash.def like MX29LV161B:

0x00C2,0x2249,MX29LV161B,0x200000,0,1,0x4000,2,0x2000,1,0x8000,31,0x10000

?I must erase the MX29LV161B and put the MX29LV160B so that it works?

A greeting.

There are many flash chips are compatible each other. The name that matches your chip is not important. As long as you can safely program it, it is ok just to leave the old definition in. The difference is name only.
