I need help with 2 wrt54g.v2 bricked.

If it is purely bricked by bad firmware, yes they all can be debricked. PM me and we can setup time so I can help you to debrick them.

this is the value I am getting when I try to turn the DEBUG ON but it stay off, what else can I try it tu turn it on?

You can FLASH them without a JTag .
