I plug usb-jtag in 14pin port, when i do "detect" console return:

Before you want to get the flash you must make sure your memory map is right. Since this is new hardware, you need to create a test section in usbjtag.def. I believe you are just select one of the modem (maybe Sb5100). I would think select SB5120 will be better. Only when we know the memory map is right then can we decide what chip it is. Otherwise you are very likely to brick the modem than to do anything good to the modem.

I offered you in the past... access to ALL of the firmwares from Arris I have an ISP account on ARRIS... telnet fws... autodiag fws...(besides fws for Arris CMTSs,all of the documentation for propietary OIDs and NON public OIDs etc...) so we need a way to progran those FWs... decompress them and modify things like the "password of the day" protection to access the advance/diag menu

The latest FW package from ARRIS is "TS 5.2.47 DOCSIS - PacketCable NCS" (dated feb 28-2008) which contains 18 FWs (9 for docsis and 9 for eurodocsis) besides the new version of PacketAce "PacketACE_9[1].6_TS0502"

I believe you have used SB5100 as the test def. Try SB5120 and see if it works. The memory map is wrong and the initial DMA setting is not right if you use SB5100.
