Programming extra DCTs?

I followed the video tutorial to restore a two DCT 700s. I followed all of the steps and it did not work. One DCT has basic channels and no premiums; the other has is just giving me an all black screen. How do I get the premiums from on to these DCTs from my current DCT that already has the premiums? Thanks
