Help Create an Target XML for Motorola

I need help creating a target xml for motorola freescale mc9s12xs256.
How can I write the size of the memories. I know how to put the beginning of the memory. But I don't know how to do the calculation to put the size of the memories in the memory definitions. I have the document for this computer. I need to read Dflash. But first I have to read the RAM memory. can you please help to create Target XML to it?
