Somebody had tested this flash chip ( inside Sb5101u ).

If you are talking about programming the device, yes NT can program it.
If you are talking about making it work, then it is up to you what programed in.. It could be just differnt bootrom.

Theres no need to touch the Boot to make it work.

Im having problems detecting the chip. Anybody had experience with MX25L1606E?? jtag NT does not support MX25L1606E?

JTAG NT support this chip. The problem is your connection. Check the soldering and make sure the pins are correct.
