got usb jtag nt but having problems with a 4100i

i tried a 2mb dump that never worked so i tried to flash it with the back up i made and that still never worked is there a 4100.dll i should have for the usb jtag nt or is that in the usbjtagnt.dll anyway i got it back to the way i bought it with blackcat but need to know the safest way to get this flashed as ive already go 1 bricked 4100 i have a max232 and its a rev a and its already got 4 pins on it for vcc.rx.tx.grd ect i tried netboot before all this with just ethernet no max232 but that never worked and its a firmware thats not supported with chapter 21 and open sessame please help id rather try black cat i think since the usb jtag aint doing it but dont know what to put where for the 4100 ive done a few 5100 and 5101e and 1 webstar but need to know the excact files to use on blackcat please help
