SB4200 No activity light

I have 4 SB4200 modems that gets all the green lights solids, but the activity light blinks once and then stops blinking. The weird thing is, that it will not let me connect the modem, unless I remove the coax cable. Are the modems fixable? Is it a firmware or hardware issue? They work fine without the coax connection, but when I connect the cable to get online activity blinks once and then I cant connect to the modem or online. Any help would be greatly appreciated

I also have another sb4200 that its constantly restarting. I have used the USBJtag nt to load a new flash and it still keeps restarting.

If you have any doubt about the programing, use "cmpram" to make sure you have programmed it right.

If you programmed a good 2M dump the modem will not go dead unless it is hardware issue. I do not believe you have FOUR bad unit. There must be the firmware you programmed in was not right. I assume you programmed some hackware.
Program a good 2M dump (not hackware) and see what happens.
