how to do a sb4200?

i have the usbjtag and a usbjtag-nt, also i have seen the info on how to program the sb4200. but i didn't see what software or firmware to use. can someone help me out on this. (this is my first 4200) thanks.

theres a few firmwares that are for the sb4200 like hackware ,fiberware,sigma there are a few versions of each firmware you need to check what one works for your isp and the one you like.
