sb4200 help

I have a 4200 modem and would like to install the hex firmware but everytime I load it with my blackkat cable it seems like it does it but when I reboot it stays with the original firmware can someone help me with what i am doing wrong?

try the site you bough it from..not so sound rude but u better off on the other site with modems more info specialy about the blackcat thingi...


i wouldnt be able to stand 30 min to program a little modem ....on those 4200 use serial......change firmware......

It is noce being able to do a complete back up and flash in 60 seconds

sorry guys but I just got my usb jtag cable today for the reason of black kat takes to long. Now I just need to learn how to use it any help?
