can it be modified using the usbjtagnt without loosing the wifi?

The problem with those is there is no modified firmware that works with the wireless...

I ran into the issue with changing the mac but there is a second cfg area that changes the mac right back to the original. I dont know if its embedded in the fw or what but as far as i know its considered a lost cause.

It might pick back up because the docsis 3.0 smc modem has the T.I chip in it.

It could be the cmcert in the cfg that change back the mac address.

I have modified my MAC, Ethernet Address, Serial with USBJATG NT without any issue. Also being able to insert certs with SNMP after enable the factory mode with the USBJATAG NT.

Working like a charm with WIFI and all the goodies of this modem.
