DCT3412 backup?

This box is very similar to the 6412, so I am wondering why I cannot make a backup of any of the files on it. I keep getting this in USBJtag software..

IDCODE 1703817F
Broadcom BCM7038
IMPCODE 40404001
EJTAG V1, V2.0
DMA not supoorted

EDIT: I got it to work, thanks in advance to those who are all over this thread :p




Also, I was wondering why hasn't USBBDM added this box to the left hand column, it is practically the 6412's little brother. Same CPU and everything. There are some tiny differences such as the av in front and the 6412 is slightly larger, but the board layout is almost exactly the same. Just curious, has he just not had time to add it or what?
