box 2524 will write nvram but sticks on erase for programming anything else

have 8888 on the led does erase if use erase option, but try to write and hangs up on erase after are you sure

gives ok mem on id check not familiar with the new software but got 1 box going

if your stuck with 8888 on the display also try to debrick it...if debrick or sprogram does not work try the J200 method

that means you writing the file in the wrong area cause is to big or vice verse

Why you want to "program" nvram? Use setram instead.
program is only for EEPROM or flash. NVRAM is treated as RAM.
Follow the debrick videos and should be fine.

Not trying to program NVRAM, it will setram fine. IF I try to program plat or anything else, it hangs up.

if the box shows 8888 on display it may be bricked try debrick method first of all my friend

did you read any of the comments as to what to try? numberous people told you to try to debrick it...why don't you try it out...

Started with your solution. Got it to change from 8888 to eer1. Then it was back to programming. Couldn't actually erase until I used your commands. the boxes were a bit different in getting them back. Don't know what to say except your help was a major twister.
