I have never heard of them. You must not be on Comcraps service, some other third world coutry other than USA?

What kind of reply is that to give a person ??

Not everyone stays in the USA , and for you to assume everywhere else is possably a third world country is very disrespectfull , or do you assume that USBBDM is only here to fulfill the needs of people that are on Comcast ?

Yes, these units are set top HD, that are being implemented here in USA.
They are similar to the Motorola HD set top

Yes I'm from a third world country
These are the new boxes being introduced in my banana republic
I have not had a chance to take one apart yet but if I do before anyone else here
I'll upload picso of the board and stuff.
Just wanted to know if anyone else was familiar with these boxes

If you want to modify (JTAG) you will open it anyway. MIPS should be OK to be JTAGed. But you need to check if it has JTAG port. We had DCH70 box which looks JTAG port is on the PCB but not able to get the TDI working.
