No. It will never work directly. NVtool might be able to copy some fields. It is better copy from a same model of box.

If you can use a BMW Engine in a Hyundai Then you can Use the DCT2000 NVRAM in a DCT700.

lol...GREAT anology....if ya screw around a bit you can get it to work...but just plopping it in there it's gonna cause you ALOT of problems....

sort of. you can copy the appropriate hex from the local 2000 to the 2500 and the 2500 will automatically grab the correct 2500 nvram/channels/platform for that area. keep testing.
