Incorrect, Not being able to Change the UID Is Different from Not being able to JTAG the Target. Its true MOST HD's cant be Jtaged, But some ( Very Few ) CAN be Jtaged.........

Some what. But many people would say that if you cant change the UID that means its not Jtagable and thats Just not the case. For A good Example, One can Detect and Make a full Flash Backup of a DCT3412 Yet we can't change the UID or UPM, Does that mean the Box is Not JTagable????????????
