SOIC-16 Programmer Adapter Socket

does it exist SOIC-16 Programmer Adapter Socket with Pin headers for mounting on PCB board in place of flash chip? So flash chip is mounted on the adapter, and adapter is soldered to the PCB. Or other way to solder Jtag Pin headers to the PCB.

no, the above adapter is for connecting unsoldered chip. I mean Pin headers for Flash chip that is soldered to PCB.

you are looking for a 16 pin soic test clip they are made by 3m and sold thru digikey electronics and possibly jameco electronics for around $25

no, it is not a Test Clip, I know it.

I mean to solder Flash memory to some adapter with Pin Headers, and this adapter should be soldered to PCB in place of flash memory.
