need more help

Include DCT cable boxes and Starchoice boxes.

i got 2 dct700 when i pull up the diag screen one box say connected and the other says disconnected what can i do will they work please help me out here thanks

well just connect the ones that say disconnected using your USBJTAGNT and see what happens..
