Is PPV Turned ON/OFF in the XC chip?

Here recently i have been having problem with my ppv orders sometime they work and other times i have to call the cc and have them turn it back on. Some how it is getting turned off everyother week it seems. My question reguarding the xc chip is this. If i was to wait until i knew my ppv was active and could order and then i programmed the box to block all xc commands should this keep it from getting turned off and me having to call to get it turned back on?

XC chip has a bit to turn off the ppv. But there are other factors I believe can also disable the ppv.

Could you elaberate please. I know i was told if too many are ordered too close together it will and also if my limit has been reached but I don't think once a month is close to either. The cc said they would be happpy to turn it back in whenever it has turned itself back off it's just a hassle calling them to turn ppv on every other month
