Please. I have the same problem with a cr4 box need help. I tried the "how to get the 0 out" with no sucess. any suggestions? Here is what I have DCT2224/1161/ACDEGJ

Maybe I should have said that when I said, I tried to without success. When I get to CMPRAM code, I get compare data failed. So where do I go from there, is what I'm asking.

CMPRAM failed means you might have not disable the watchdog.

On left find the box of your modem. For CR4 and PH6 and non-PH board. Cut C105.

Yes, that has been done. I didn't think u could even write to the unit if the c105 wasn't cut. But yes it was cut.
