UID is in the plat file and it is multiple place too. Big problem is writing full plat file to box. If more knowledgable person can figure out what part of the plat only to write or only those bytes of the plat file. I am willing to try any Idea that anyone have. I tried full plat file backward, 1 out of 5 times It writes correctly. I have a box and i am willing to try any thing and every thing. Lets put brain to work....

uid is on boot and is lock bit no way to program not even with external device.

If thats the Fact, I wounder why USBBDM Has Not Just Said That and Leave it at that.

Im Not doubting whats said on that thread. Just woundering If He Knows This Already, He should have Said It So people Don't get any False Expectations That this Could Be Posible.

SB6412 has different software design as DCT700. It is more like DVI box in Spain. I have not yet being able to figure the unzip/zip algo. That is the key to patch the software. If anyone can figure this out please let me know.

dont even need fake uid... if you want to know how to unzip it analyze the boot. the boot will unzip the plat on any platform box modem or whatever...
