So Now no more errors? If so you need to make sure Pin 1 of tool is connected to pin on of Header. Depending on what PH the Board is there will be a 1 or a SMALL dot to indicate Pin one of the header.
When you do reset 1 you won't see a responce on output screen, You have to look at the registers above, they should have numbers like register A7 200400 not A7 FFFFFF or A7 000000

R RPC 248 Is INCORRECT It Shoud be r rpc 468. Look at Video.

If the registers already read rpc 000468 and a7 200400 then theres no need to set them manually. Is this the first time your working on a DCT2000 Series? If So then you Need to Learn the Proper commands as there No Where Near the same as DCT2500/DCT700.
