E11 Box

What does mean when a box displays E11?
I thought I may have read somewhere here that it means the XC is disabled.
I was able to program it which got rid of the E11 and get the locals but all other channels say: "one moment please". Thats better than it saying: "this channel is not available", which makes me think there is a chance to bring these channels in.

So my main question is: Can an E11 box be made to work?

Your XC chip has lost power and this the chip is erased. You have to bring back to Motorola to have it fixed.
