Please Help with PH7

When ever I plug the box it shows the number zero on the screen and doesn't do anything. I tried running cmpram code and it returns the following error:
Compair data Failed address 400001,target 00,PC memory 20

Please help me to correct this box so I can go back to watch TV.

You only need a valid NVRAM. Find one from your area (friend or make a NVRA request).

When you do cmpram make sure you have used

reset 1
init
