PPV?

On my box the PPV is set to yes, when I query the box with the bDM it tells me You have 63 ppv orders. Total ordered=0, Total allowed=0, Total credit ordered=0, Total credit allowed=0. can someone explain for me? Thanks

Can you give me your NVRAM file? These data are from your XC chip. You should clear the PPV and start the box, read back the NVRAM again and check these values. I am not sure why there are many "0"s.

you might have got that message (you have 63 ppv orders. Total ordered=0, Total allowed=0, Total credit ordered=0, Total credit allowed=0) if you had previously clicked on PPV Info and from there clicked clear and save. I had the exact same info when I did it that way. It's best to do:

reset 1
go (or press F5)
break (after the box finish its diagnostics)
go= address of clear memory
reset
