VOD suddenly stopped working!?

Our vod was not being enc. at the head-end so anyone with a digital ready tv down stream from a customer with a DCT that ordered Porn was receiving the porn as well.After
getting many complaints now the vod is enc.This was about the same time we lost the vod.
Since the original donator dct that the nvram and code was taken from is no longer in the stream as a legit sub. I think this might be the problem.I have a dump from a ph6 dct
and wrote it to a ph8 with no luck.VOD app gets loaded,I get IP address and state is running but still get erroe code and no VOD. I am still looking for a current ph8 sub to use.

ok then read some patents about vod then you will see why a tv even with digital turner cant get vod.
