DCT2224 Stuck on "0"

i did a factory reset becuase the box came from a different city same Cable co and it still had the channel listings from that town and it wouldnt update so after i did the reset it says says zero now and wont do anything how do i fix it i dont know anything about these boxes

how do i get the firmware from the computer to the dct2224??? can u be give me more detials like what all do i needs cables etc step by step

You need to purchase a USBBDM cable...go to http://www.usbjtag.com , in the left section select shopping.

the link i gave you gives you the step by step. you will need the usb bdm interface (use the link swordfish62 gave you) to connect the box to your computer. also at that link is info and videos on how to use the bdm program.
