been had this motorola dct2224 for a while now. so glad i found this site, my question is, can i open it up to view everything, and if so what are the steps thanx..

depending on what your gonna try and program you will either need a USBBDM NT or a USBJTAG NT. start by finding out what you wanna program and then go to the correct forum and read every post you can. eventually you will get the idea. also a good placeit the chat. go in there and ask questions . you are going to get answers in there quicker and more info on what you are trying to ask.

hey.. been working on getting my sb4200 online and now I'm wondering about my dct2224 that a cable worker gave me a few years back.

I don't mind reading, but searching hasn't really yielded where to START

for the modem, I just did a search and found the starting point

I would like to get the box online and basically get everything.

Can anyone please just point me to the proper starting thread and I'll be more than willing to delve in and learn, learn LEARN!!

Looking for a little help my self. I just got my BDMNT and software installed and activated. Saved my code and nvram on box i think. Box is DCT2224 old board pre CR4. It is local. I would like to just turn it back on. A how to on this would be much appreciated.
