Your RPC value is 460 so it must be an PH6/CR4 or even old non-ph.
Have you ever done any programming? If not try to select type II to program. Type II board need to flip the firmware before and after testing.

Exit the script. Then go to tools and check the version number, if failed try to flip the code. Maybe your firmware is very old.

Do you have logmein setup? I can remoetly take a look. I bet your firmware is simply too old. And you should let the box plug in and allow your CC to upgrade the box. Anyway setup logmein and I can look remotely.
I am sorry the firmware version display is not implemented for DCT2224,

I found the firmware version on the diagnostic screen... 7.96. Is that too old?

No it is good. And your firmware is good.
Did you cut the C105? Looks like you might not disable the watchdog.

be sure you have configured the software set for what you are testing. config, cable box or modem. and what model it is. 700. 2224 etc/

when loading a file, dont use the ldnvram, use the open folder upper left hand side.

also when using manual commands getram setram etc. be sure your out of menu mode.

hit the # for exit
