Hello I want to know in which place of the flash is found the bpi. I need to know its structure to try to modify it

find all my posts ... in some of mines ... i have psot where is the bpi_version to put it to 0.
with it you can connect to lines that are not bpi+

I looked all over 192.168.100.1:1337 and could not find anywhere that allows me to config or turn on/off BPI???

You have sigma X2 right, you have to disable it via telnet, check;

start -> run -> cmd ->

and then place this

o 192.168.100.1

then type your login and password of the sigma x2 page.

Then type cd non-vol
cd docsis
enable bpi false
write

and then exit cmd
restar your modem.

Telnet problem

One little problem, after I login, it keeps on scrolling "Attempting Downstream FEC lock @ frequency blah blah blah..." how do I make it stop? Should my cable feed be plugged in or not?

look for the program ipview it will save you alot of headache on how to bpi+ and all that shit .
