-got the activation issue to sort------blank licence to
-the software0.21 now has error msg pop up as soon as i start it up.
ive tried an older build of usbjtag 0.14 and that is ok

For activation, you MUST SAVE THE ATTACHMENT to the directory. If your email client does not give you the attachment, please check to see why.
You must installed on a clean machine. If you have installed clone software please reinstall your OS and the clone killer built in the 0.2x will work. Also DO NOT EDIT the activation file or usbjtag.txt.

If you have followed these rules and still can not work, setup logmeine and let me take a look.

after 8 years of having my laptop i am in process of clean install....(typing this from pc)

will install all updates & when ready with logmein i will give u a shout.

spoke to usbdm on msn the other day........

said he has a few modems like mine....so hes in the process of looking at a solution to this........

something to do with soldering i heard.

tan3, please read my other post with picture of debrick RCA modem. That trick normally work if the modem is heavily bricked. To be safe when you touch the CE pin, you can use a 100ohm resistor or smaller and touch on the time needed. If should be able to fix some modems.

I see more guys screwing up their modems with this cable that getting it to work. The documentation is terrible. Its about as user friendly as wild pitbull that has not eaten in a month.

There are certain percentage of the device was bricked by bad boot. If you do not know what you are doing to the boot block, do not program it.

I do not know how many was bricked by the clone software also. There is a rumer saying they have cracked activation and I will tell you there is cloner built in the software will kill the device if you do not avtivated properly.

Mr usbbdm, Goog night, im using USB JTAG NT 0.22, im able to detect the 4200 cm, but when i try this: program 9fc00000 200000
please tell me why im getting Bad program or script file name.
Before today i was using this command fine but now i dont know what happens.
