correct Jtag to order for SB5100

First hello from a newbie and hopefully long time tester. Second can someone tell me the correct pin jtag for the SB5100 and what reading I need to accomplish in order to be able to download software to test this unit, if I wanted to test.

Check the pdf of USB JTAG NT user manual. It only uses first 10 pin.
