Need help EPC3925

Hello,

Having a weird problem and hope somebody can help me

Im using jtagnt anf have flash detected , using a pomona clip So far so good.

Found Address= 00000000 MX25L12805D
-erase 0 1000000

Im using a TDPQ3925.xml

Dumped a fullflash and after examining it , i found out only image1 is dumped the rest not.

Im m having a spare fullflash backup , that is 100% oke , and when flashing it back modem it wont boot .
Olso the programing speed is to fast in my opinion , the sb6121 programs arround 260kb/s this modem around 2200kb/s and erasing goes instant.
so im having a bricked modem in some way.
