I get the DCT70 board again. there was a mark on my PCB board and that might explain why my TDI is not working. Has anyone try to JTAG this device? For me the TDI is not working and other than the CPU ID I get nothing. If you can JTAG with IMPCODE different than the CPU ID, that proves that my board is bad.

I was reading about about these JTAG instructions HIGHZ and CLAMP?? Will this allow for the IMPCODE to be detected on the DCH boxes?
• CLAMP
Ensures that the Bypass register is connected between
TDI and TDO, and then drives data that was loaded into
the Boundary Scan register (e.g., via SAMPLEPRELOAD
instruction) to output signals. These signals
do not change while the CLAMP instruction is selected.
• HIGHZ
Puts all chip outputs in inactive (floating) state
(including all pins that do not require a TRI-STATE
output for normal functionality). Note that not all pull-up
resistors are disabled in this state.
011 HIGHZ Puts all output and bidirectional pins in TRI-STATE.
100 CLAMP Drives fixed data from Boundary Scan register.

Ensures that the Bypass register is connected between
TDI and TDO, and then drives data that was loaded into
the Boundary Scan register (e.g., via SAMPLEPRELOAD
instruction) to output signals. These signals
do not change while the CLAMP instruction is selected.

Nope he wont say as he sells them but I just lost all my channels and gave him the boxes back as cc is doing upgrades to there system and he brought them back in working order. I did notice that on the Grey HD box the big ones he soldered a 2 wire connection with an adapter at the end so can plugin some type of jumper to get the channels back but only for those grey HD boxes.

Please fill me in on this idea...it seems a bit fishy....Nope he wont say as he sells them but I just lost all my channels and gave him the boxes back as cc is doing upgrades to there system and he brought them back in working order.
