New VOIP tested.

Use USB JTAG NT on VOIP device so we can unlock the device or configure the device.

Tested new VOIP devices.
VT2542 and unlocked.
D-link VDR -VD and unlocked.
WGR615V
These devices had been programmed with USB JTAG NT.
