I have a vt2142 box,i want to use jtagnt to unlock it ,but when i detect it ,it says unknow flash ,ffff,eccc,but when i add fff,eccc to the flash.xml ,it detect

For VT2x42 you do not need to modify XML to get the flash. You MUST use CFI detection.
The connection is bad and you cannot program the device.
Check your connection. The JTAG pins are mirrored.

but the cpu id can detect!

Do not spam the forum. You need to check the pins of JTAG. GND and TDI. If TDI is not connected you still can detect the CPU. The pin on VT devices are on the other side of the PCB and mirrored.
