Hardware to unlock Vonage adapter vt2142

Hi,
I want to unlock Vonage Adapter VT2142. I'm completely to new to this jtag, etc.

Can any one please tell me what hardware do I need to purchase to unlock this adapter? So far, I've only laptop & Vonage adapter.

And where can I purchase it?

I have unlocked many of this device.
You need JTAG. (Not have to be USBJTAG NT, but NT has dll that will do the job for you).
