Is this gonna be supported

Use USB JTAG NT on VOIP device so we can unlock the device or configure the device.

So My Point is, This is a DUMB Statement.

I tried everything, including 6120 and 6220 setting

What Settings are you talking about? :D
Your Wrong... 6220 is different from a 6120.

6220 has a 16mb ram where the 6120 has a 8m ram... There is a DIFFERENT XML for a 6220...

Ram And Flash are not the same thing. And the XML is for SBV6220, There is no XML for SB6220. :D
Connection Wise they are the same and you can even Program a full SB6120 Backup and It will Work. ;)

Besides, The main topic Here is the Arris 802g NOT THE SB6220.

If you do not play with u-boot you can erase and program the firmware via u-boot. A lot developer prefer use u-boot via serial port to program the device. Even though it is slow it is standard way to program the device.

Forget the U-Boot. The Modem has the U-Boot. :D
You just need to connect the Serial tool and follow the steps to Program firmware to Image 1 and image 2.

With a meter you can first figure out Ground and VCC From there the TX and RX are easy. If they don't work one way then swicth the wires.

In Putty select serial set com port and Baud rate to 115200 That should do it.

Typical baud rate is 115200. You need to find the ground and power first. Then try to find tx/rx and that is it.
