Bad data?

I made a header for jtag and got what i thought was a good read.I can't seem to find
the mac or serial number in the dump.This modem is a virgin that has not seen the stream or nor has it been provisioned.Would this be reason I cannot find my data in the dump?

That does not mean your dump is bad. The serial number now is hidden and not in plane text any more.
