After 3 years at this place, I'm actually beginning to see your disposition. With the visibility that the NOT AUTHORIZED issue has created, I now get an average of five (5)
PM's a day wanting to know if I found the needle in the Haystack. None of these Testers say that they're getting any closer to resolving it on their own, they see me as the Guiding Light. My answer to most of these peeps is that I know it's double tough but they need to suck it up, go into Archives and solve the puzzle on their own. Occasionally I get an answer that it CANNOT be done but mostly a blanket of silence and give-up after the statement. I haven't found one resourceful person that would point me in the right di-rection. You're right - it's like Drugs and I'm their next fix. Slightly embarassed to say it but this is what our country is coming to. Reliance on the next person.
