Bricked my xbox.. Help needed.

Well some how I managed to brick my xenon 360. I was able to get a good NAND before that point tho. I programed it just like it says to in ak4d7's post in this forum but something went wrong. My question is what commands do I need to use to unbrick it. I detect it then do getram 0 4200 and check the NAND and I have all F's . Then if I try and load my backup and program it it goes very very slow and bebug mode never turns on. I get the same thing if I just try and erase it also. I was wondering if I needed to use an sprogram comman or something like that. Any help would be great guys. Thanks
