is it possible to make this routers versions 5 to 8, like v1 to v4 ..
just by changing memory or what ever it is to make it work..

I think the best way is to find out by yourself. Just program the version you want on it and see if it works. All I can say is you should be always be able to program back the original so nothing to lose.

USBJTAG NT is the best tool for debricking routers, just find the appropriate files ( cfe, original kernel or dd wrt kernel) and that's it.
